The Welcoming Programme is a free educational programme provided by the Estonian state which is intended to help the foreigners who have arrived in Estonia to adapt and become accustomed to local life more easily. The programme, which comprises various training courses, gives an overview of how the state of Estonia and its society function and how daily life is organised. It will be found suitable by all foreigners who would like to settle in Estonia for a relatively long period and feel more at home here.
